The portfolio uses local fonts and images. It includes no analytics, advertising, profiling pixels or embedded YouTube players. Pages can be read without saving manual preferences. No profiling or advertising management platform has been added.

Browser localStorage saves diaboliko-theme only when you choose Light or Dark, and diaboliko-language only when you choose IT or EN. These are interface preferences, not advertising identifiers. They have no automatic expiry and remain until removed by you or your browser. System removes the theme override and Auto removes the language override. You can also clear this website’s data in your browser settings.

Turnstile is currently disabled. The spam check loads only when enabled in the configuration and after you select “Activate verification” in the form. In that case, it may process technical browser and connection signals to protect the form, as described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The code does not request pre-clearance or configure the cf_clearance cookie. Actual widget and Cloudflare settings must remain consistent with this description. Any Cloudflare WAF rules are separate from Turnstile and depend on the platform configuration.

The requested preferences and technical protection described here are not used for profiling. This implementation has no advertising-consent banner. Adding analytics, embeds or non-essential tools requires a fresh assessment and, where necessary, prior blocking and consent. Reference: the Italian supervisory authority’s cookie FAQ.
